Nancy Campbell’s professional life began at the legendary Wells/Rich/Greene, an advertising agency known for its creative and ground-breaking campaigns. Working her way up from receptionist to creative secretary and then into production gave Nancy an insider’s view of advertisers needs…and pet peeves. After an agency re-organization, she found herself on the other side of the camera… as an actress. Once again, she got perspective, this time from the talent/model’s point of view.
After eight years, Nancy moved to yet another side of the industry — booking talent at one of Dallas’ leading agencies. It was here that Nancy found her true calling. In 1989, Nancy founded The Campbell Agency. With her broad experience and her passion for providing true customer service, she discovered and recruited top talent — both in front of the camera and behind the desks. Nancy has proudly served as a board member for the Children’s Cancer Fund and Fashion Group International of Dallas. She is involved with many other charitable organizations in the Dallas area. Her spare time, what little there is, is balanced between chasing her two unruly dogs, George Jr. and Ringo, along with an unruly husband around the house. Her favorite form of relaxation includes important missions to Atlantis at Paradise Island where the dolphins greet her by name.
Senior Booker – Fashion/Commercial Print
Peter graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Animal Science & Genetics and immediately put his degree to good use — as a model. He was one of the most recognized faces in the Dallas market for the better part of 10 years. His aptitude for the business was recognized and he was hired and trained by Elite Model Management in New York and brought back to Dallas when Elite opened a branch. Peter joined Nancy Campbell in 1996. His understanding of both sides of the business makes him a unique asset as a booker. His ability to juggle phone calls is inspiring and his voice is now one of the most recognized in the world of modeling. He enjoys spending time with his 4-legged friends in his off time.
Director of New Faces/Social Media
Ashley is our Fashion Jack of all Trades. In addition to keeping model comps, model books, model wire and almost anything that starts with "model" current, she is our social media guru - keeping the agency's work and images out there for all to admire! Previously affiliated with another Dallas agency as a fashion booker and stylist, she brings valuable experience to the agency in general by knowing the clients and their needs. She graduated from the Art Institute of Dallas with a Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising. While there, she studied Fashion History in Paris. If you ask nice, perhaps she will respond "Oui" when asked the right questions. Outside of work, her passion is spending time with family and son Brit who is also a young model and actor. Ashley loves to be creative whether she is styling on set or planning an event.

Marcela Aubrey joined the agency in January 2016. After graduating from LSU with a degree in Apparel Design and Merchandising, with a minor in Business, she headed to New York for a coveted internship at Men's Fitness magazine before crossing over to the agency side with an internship at Boss Models.
Marcela spent a few years at another model management/luxury staffing company as Head Booker before deciding to join her family and twin sister back in Dallas. We're wondering if her identical twin will work for her on vacations to see if we know the difference!
Liz joined the agency in July of 2015 in what she thought was a temporary position- little did she know the Campbell clan would suck her in! No stranger to the entertainment industry, she grew up on the stage singing, acting and dancing. After graduating from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelors in Journalism, and a minor in Psychology, Liz took her career behind the scenes and founded a non-profit dance company. Liz’s innate ability to connect with people and passion for this industry lead her home to Campbell. Over the years she has developed relationships with top agencies across the globe enabling her to place our models worldwide with top agencies, and propelling their careers to the next level.
Sharon Hendricks Howell
Talent Director/Voice Over and On Camera Agent
Sharon began her career as a child performer. After realizing that she needed to be more talented, she received a Radio/TV/Film degree from the University of Texas at Austin and began her agency career as a business manager before working her way up the ranks as a voice over agent in Houston before becoming a full-service talent agent. After a brief stint in Los Angeles, where she worked as a casting assistant on several major networks shows and as an assistant agent for a top theatrical agency, she returned to Dallas and joined the Kim Dawson Agency for 5 years. In 1996, she opened her own boutique agency, Double Take Talent, and refined her business philosophy of common sense representation. In 2001, she joined forces with The Campbell Agency. When not helping actors advance their careers, Sharon is physically or mentally cruising the Caribbean — hence the nickname “Cruise Queen.”
Film/TV and On Camera Agent
Bridgette became a professional actor at a very young age. Upon moving to Dallas in the mid-90s—which was only meant to be for the summer—her own agent asked if she'd mind helping out with phone duty for a few days… and the rest is history. Bridgette has worked as an agent over the past two decades including seven years at one of the Southwest's most prominent boutiques, at which she became the dedicated film/tv agent.
Bridgette also considers herself very fortunate to have been able to work as a writer in several different mediums. For both stage and screen, she's had original material produced, and contributes content annually to The Dallas International Film Festival.
In addition to participating on film festival screening committees, she also lends her energy and support to local groups including Arts Fighting Cancer, The Salvation Army and The North Texas Food Bank.
At every opportunity, she also tries to force her professional organizing skills on all her friends.
Director of Print, Kids/Teens Division
Diana entered the business on the casting side. Chasing down extras for “Walker Texas Ranger” prepared her for the rigors of chasing down toddlers for our many print clients. Since 2004 when she signed on to The Campbell Agency, Diana has been instrumental in assisting parents and children in all aspects of the business from print to tv commercials. Her “eye” is one of the best in the business, as evidenced by the continued success of our Kid’s Head Book, the Casting Bible of the print world, that she produces every year. Diana loves to spend time with her granddaughter and on the beach whenever she can.
Co-Director, Kids/Teens Division
Barbara started in the film business in 1981 as a casting assistant and extras coordinator for “Dallas” and “Places in the Heart”. Her casting and coordinating resume includes “Necessary Roughness” and “Walker Texas Ranger”. Due to her work on “Walker”, she dealt with many children through the show’s affiliations with Kick Drugs out of America, the Special Olympics and the Texas Youth Commission. She also cast commercials giving her a great perspective on how to get our littlest clients ready for the cameras. In addition to her professional life, Barbara loves spending time with her family and most recently 3 grandbabies.
Talent Associate – Kids/Teens Division
Shannon worked in television production for years at NBC for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno as a Viewer Relations Coordinator in Los Angeles. She eventually moved back to Dallas and worked for the Campbell Agency as an agent in our adult broadcast division.
Shannon assisted her brother actor Kevin McHale (a Campbell Agency alum) in securing a great team of manager/agents which led to him booking the series regular role of Artie on "Glee" (Fox Television), and she continues to oversee his career as well as the careers of two of her own children.
Having worked in the business in L.A. and Dallas and having an acting family, this business runs deep in Shannon's heart.
Assistant -Talent Divisions
Shelby Taylor graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a BA in Journalism. She spent the following two years in New York City working as an assistant in the youth division for a major agency where she worked on commercials, animation and voice-over. Since joining the agency in 2017, she has been assisting in both the kids/teens and talent divisions where she has perfected the art of catching whatever is thrown at her! We’re hoping she doesn’t use that degree to write a tell all about the industry! In her off time, she loves hanging with her husband and chiweenie dog. So far, her only flaw is that she really likes reality tv.
Teresa Kruen is everyone's favorite Staffer on Fridays, otherwise known as Paydays. Her 20 years’ experience in accounting means that our clients can rest easy knowing that their money is in good hands.
It also helps that she is a self-confessed obsessive clean freak; researching and locating information on projects has never been easier. Her efficiency has inspired some pranks by colleagues such as leaving rogue pieces of paper on her desk just to see how fast she can make them disappear.
When not overseeing the finances, she enjoys spending time with her family, future husband and new grandbaby and of course cruises and a good massage.
Director of Runway - Campbell - Wagner Runway
Kate Wagner has been in the business as a runway agent for almost 30 years. Under the guidance of the legendary Kim Dawson, she began telling models how to walk while still in her early 20’s. In 2009, she went on to form a runway division with the already successful Nancy Campbell to create Campbell Wagner Runway. She has developed models that have worked all over the world with some of the most important designers in the industry. Kate is almost as famous for her one liners as she is for discovering each new generation of “walkers”.
Campbell Wagner Runway is currently a leading runway division in the southwest.
Hannah Haarala grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and had a plan – to leave to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. Naturally, that led her to us. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi/Hattiesburg, she packed up and headed to Dallas to put that degree in Media Production to good use. While learning this business from the ground up, she is our first impression and wrangler of models, actors and assorted clients by phone, email and in person. Trial by fire! In her off time, she enjoys working on a natural healthy tan surrounded by any available body of water.
